Achen Evelyn is the Board secretary of VFL. She is an experienced Lawyer with a passion in Labour and employment, Environment, child and women rights. She brings a wealth of experience from private legal practice having worked with various law firms in Uganda. Evelyn worked with Matovu & Co. Advocates and Namuli & Co. Advocates as a legal Associate. She is currently the head of Legal and Human Resources in Boundless development, Uganda.
She holds a bachelor of laws from Makerere University, Kampala
